Refund policy

Our products warranty will vary but typically you will find either 1 or 2 year warranties on the product. 

If your product has a manufacturer defect you will need to send it back to us postage prepaid. When we receive the part we will verify if it was a manufacture defect or negligence. If the product is found to have a manufacture defect we will send you a replacement at our expense. If it is found that the product failed due to negligence it will be your choice if you would like to pay the shipping to have it sent back to you. 

All product must be accompanied by your original proof of purchase. 

If you purchased your product from a retailer we recommend talking with retailer about your warranty on the product and having them handle it directly.
